Hands on Lean Simulation

1 or 1-1/2 days Workshop

Highly interactive, hands-on simulations are being used by many organizations to introduce core principles related to Lean Conversion and continuous improvement. A live simulation will demonstrate the impact of implementing many Lean techniques. This workshop can be tailored to simulate the dynamics of any work enviroment.  We will introduce your organization to a variety of tools (depending on your needs) such as:  quality at the source, point of use storage, kanban/pull, cellular flow, lean accounting, and many others.

Course Description
This workshop combines classroom discussion and live simulation with interactive processes that actually create a product to demonstrate the value of Lean Conversion techniques. In this hands-on workshop, we present an introduction to Lean Conversion concepts, methods, and tools while simulating an enviroment to put these concepts to work for you. Participants will also learn the 8 types of waste and how to eliminate them through the Lean “Building Blocks”.
