Course Description
The training will be held every other week for 5 months. The course length is between 4 to 6 hours per session, depending on your level of understanding. The session-to-session progress and overall success of the training depend on regular attendance. The training overview is detailed below:

  • Session 2: Project Planning (scope and activity network diagram)
  • Session 3: Project Planning (preliminary schedule, resource requirements, cost baseline, and project plan)
  • Session 4: Project Planning (quality, human resources, communications, and risk)
  • Session 5: Project Planning (procurement, scope, and quality)
  • Session 6: Project Execution (team development, information distribution, and contract administration)
  • Session 7: Project Control (scope and schedule)
  • Session 8: Project Control (cost, quality, and reporting)
  • Session 9: Project Closing/Product Life Cycle
  • Session 10: Sample Project Management Professional Exam
